site. Founded in 1960, Ludwig Engineering has been providing building related
engineering services to southeastern Pennsylvania and the surrounding states. Over
the years, our projects have covered a wide range of structures giving us the
expertise needed to successfully complete any project. From investigating a
cracked basement wall to designing a multi-story commercial complex Ludwig
Engineering has the experience and skills needed to get your project completed
efficiently and to your satisfaction.
More than likely, you have
passed one of our past projects without even realizing it. Our architectural
design projects dot the landscape of the surrounding counties. On a back road
you may pass a house, or an addition, that we designed. Along one of the more
commercial streets you may see a car dealership, office building or store that
has benefited from our experience.

Ludwig Engineering is large enough to handle almost any
project but small enough that we will even take on minor renovation work. Our
office, located in Hatfield Pennsylvania, is completely computerized. This not
only helps us complete our projects economically but also allows us to explore
many more options than old-fashioned hand drafting. Over the years, we have had
the privilege to work hand in hand with many homeowners, businesses and
contractors to solve the unique problems that can occur on any project.

project possible we keep as up to date as possible by atttending seminars from

We are located in the Borough
of Hatfield which is centrally located in the southeast corner of Pennsylvania.
In 1960, our founder, Richard
H. Ludwig, started Ludwig Engineering to fulfill a burgeoning need for
structural steel detailers. Within a few years, the company expanded into
structural, architectural and site design. In 1984, the company moved to its
present location in the borough of Hatfield, PA. In 1991, the company elected
to change its focus and concentrate its skills on design work. Our current
employees have all been with the company for more than 10 years.
